eat2eat is an online restaurant booking engine, encompassing countries and languages across the Asia Pacific region. The site embraces social networking and user generated content (UGC).
eat2eat members are encouraged to upload videos, photographs and reviews, and create favourite lists on their MyEat2Eat profile page, which they then share with their friends on Blogger, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.
After designing and developing the eat2eat website for the brand launch in 2001, Digital Tsunami was commissioned to design a fresh interface with comprehensive content and functionality in 2004.
The site presented lists and reviews of restaurants throughout the Asia Pacific region; restaurant search by cuisine and location; randomised photographs, advertising banners and restaurant logos; and encouraged restaurant diner reviews and contributions.
